• Birth information: birth date, birth time, gender, and birth city — used solely to generate your BaZi chart and personalized report.
• Contact information: email address — used to deliver your report and optional communications.
• Payment information: processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your full credit card or bank account details.
• Nickname: an optional display name you choose for your report.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your BaZi chart and deliver your personalized report.
• To send your Sound Ritual recommendations and Rhythm Guide.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To manage referral rewards and ambassador commissions.
• To send essential account and service-related communications.
• To improve our recommendation algorithms (in aggregate, anonymized form).

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Birth information and report data are associated with your session. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary:

• Dify: for AI-powered report generation (birth data is transmitted as workflow inputs).
• PayPal: for payment processing (payment and transaction data only).
• Resend: for email delivery of reports and communications.
• DocRaptor: for PDF report generation.
